The delicate pink hue of our Brut Rosé is the result of a pre-fermentation cold soak to bleed color from the grape skins. Early picks of Pinot Noir in our Magdalena Vineyard offer bright red fruit aromas to compliment a soft but persistent mousse and brioche finish.
Best with soft cheeses, earthy charcuterie, and shellfish, the Brut Rosé is one of our more versatile sparkling wines.
Cellar comfortably for 10+ years. Store and serve at 45º F.
