The only wine produced onsite at the Winderlea Estate Vineyard, the Imprint Pinot noir is made by owner Bill Sweat using natural wine making techniques and 100% whole cluster fermentation.
A light, red brick color, the 2013 Imprint opens with aromatics of crushed rose petals, red cherries, slate, orange zest and coriander. The palate has delicate, soft tannins that usher in dried fruit, herbs and mushrooms with secondary layers of forest floor, pink peppercorn and the signature whole cluster spice we have come to expect and love about this wine.
