The 2015 Pinot blanc is our second release from our newest estate vineyard in the McMinnville AVA. The wine is aged and fermented in three different vessels: neutral oak, stainless steel and a tradtional clay amphora.
Showing distinct aromatics of honeydew melon, grapefruit and wet concrete, this wine is lithe and textured on the palate with creamy softness balancing bright acidity. Lime zest, pineapple and guava complement the more subtle flavors of fresh coriander and dried herbs.

Aging: 6 months in 52% neutral French oak barrels, 26% clay amphora, 22% stainless steel barrel
