2011 Cabernet Sauvignon
The dense bouquet is absolutely loaded and is further lifted by heady scents of lavender and violets, sweet spice, eucalyptus, and cedar. Full bodied with concentrated dark fruit flavors of black cherry, mocha, ripe plum and hints of nutmeg and clove.

2011 Destiny
This dark and voluptuous Bordeaux blend is deep purple in color and highlighted by bold concentrated aromas of ripe cherry, black licorice, rose petal, cassis, and eucalyptus. 

2011 Merlot
This lovely and age-worthy wine was crafted to showcase how much Merlot can excel in cool weather, and it demonstrates dark yet vibrant fruit and aromatics of juicy blackberry and hints of vanilla bean. The tantalizing aromas are rich and inviting with more layers of dark chocolate and ripe berries mingling with leather and hints of floral notes. On the palate, lush flavors of black cherry, oak-inspired spice and black berry dominate, with the tannins adding structure and depth.

2011 Seattle U Red Wine
Inky purple in color, the wine displays intriguing aromas of boysenberry and lavender, with delectable scents of pepper, blueberry and anise. The dark fruit flavors are succulent and chewy, yet very sweet and pure, with lively acidity framing and intensifying the plush raspberry and strawberry flavors.

2012 Jet Black Syrah
Whole berry fermentation leads the way for this deep and dense black in color Syrah.  There’s an energy driving the wine, immediately apparent in the sultry aromas of blackberries, huckleberry, mocha, lavender, and espresso. The flavors are thick and saturated, coating the mouth with dark cherry, toffee, cedar and a delicate leathery spice.  A very generous mid-palate with loads of texture yet it manages to stay fresh and elegant, with juicy acidity, very fine, silky and sleek tannins, and a brilliant finish that certainly doesn’t lack for length.

2012 Quarry Butte
The warm growing season of 2012 is really captured by the alluring aromatics of dark cherry, vanilla, dried herbs and a splash of juicy plum. Firm in texture the palate is loaded with ripe blackberry, cherry, rich supple tannins, hints of cedar and elegant oak-spice that lead to a balanced structure that glides effortlessly into the long and expressive finish.

2012 Riesling
Light Straw in color, this off-dry Riesling expresses luscious aromas of dried apricot, honeysuckle and baked apple.  Delightfully fresh, the palate shows bright and crisp flavors of peach, tropical fruit and freshly squeezed lime juice.  With its balanced acidity and a touch of sweetness, Alexandria Nicole’s estate White Riesling is mouthwatering and precise.  Serve chilled for casual sipping or pairs perfectly with glazed ham, spicy Thai dishes and pate de foie-gras.

2013 Shepherd's Mark

This unique and flavorful white wine boasts floral notes of lavender, layered with Anjou pear, lemon lime, and honeycrisp apple, all leading into a delicious mix of citrus and white peach. Beautifully balanced with a viscous yet crisp mouth-feel that lingers on the pallet and leads to a refreshing finish.

2014 Viognier
This lovely golden gem is loaded with complex aromas of lavender and lilac, citrus blossom, and juicy peach give way to floral earthy undertones and stunning structure.  Beautifully balanced this Viognier lingers on the pallet with the richness of apricot, melon and orange blossom, with a lively mouth feel of crisp granny smith apple and a touch of pear and honey suckle on the finish
